Adjective and Adverb

Adjective:

What is adjective?
An adjective is a part of sentence which adds some qualities or something to noun.
E.g:
Randy Orton is a sturdy wrestler.
Elaboration:
Here in above sentence "sturdy" is expressing something about the noun which is wrestler.

Lets have a glance on an other instance to corroborate our definition. 
Allama Iqbal is an illustrious poet.
Here illustrious is describing about the poet.

Adverb:

An adverb is a part of any sentence which adds something to verb.It may be quality or some other characteristics to verb.

E.g

John was speaking very fluently.
Here fluently is being used as an adverb.

Lets have a glance on another example.
She is doing a good job.
Here good is adding a quality to verb so it is an adverb here.
